I found the room temperature too high and could not regulate it. The system was to be centrally controlled. Also. I noted a lack of information in the room regarding hotel services. Details about dining options or available amenities were not readily accessible. We expected more comprehensive information.

constant temperatureridiculous room service
The room temperature was a constant issue. I could not adjust it below 20 degrees, and this. the bathroom floor had heating that could only be turned off by switching off the bathroom lights, annoying during a heatwave. furthermore, the sink was clogged for an entire day before anyone fixed it. to add insult to injury, room service only exchanged towels and didn't bother with making the bed or replacing the empty tissue box. ridiculous room service!

The room was quite spacious with a separate area for luggage (it felt really organized). the hotel sits just one street away from the danube river. I could easily walk everywhere. the breakfast had lots of choices and the conservatory where it was served was really beautiful.
the shower's design allowed water to spill onto the bathroom floor.

The location was really near several historical sites. public transport access was close. i found public parking spots just outside. I also noticed the hotel features private interior parking with approximately ten spaces.
The light switches didn't always work correctly. i had some trouble with them. I needed to try several times before they activated. this small issue was slightly annoying .

the hotel is perfect for exploring the castle area and walking across the chain bridge. its location offers easy access to major attractions. the proximity to public transport simplifies getting around.

the staff was friendly! kate at the front desk was very helpful. she assisted with planning outings and answering questions, so i really appreciated it. barbara also seemed very supportive.

The location was a good surprise , tucked away yet accessible to major attractions. i particularly enjoyed the complimentary airport transfers arranged by the hotel . It simplified our travel considerably.
the limited availability of extra pillows was a minor inconvenience.
